In February 2026 we delivered the annual summit of ULTRA at Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus. All 250 delegates travelled from France. The programme combined speaker sessions with networking, so the room was set at banquet rounds against a full-width LED stage.
With a group arriving together from abroad, the work is not only the room: airport meet-and-greet, accommodation blocking and ground transport all run on the same timeline. A winter date meant the programme stayed indoors, so room selection, heating and acoustics were planned in advance.
