ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES AND SCOPE
1.1. Platform: Turkey Event
1.2. User: {user_name}
1.3. This agreement has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and GDPR.
ARTICLE 2 - DATA CONTROLLER
2.1. Turkey Event is the data controller in the processing of personal data.

ARTICLE 3 - PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
3.1. Identity Information: Name, surname, ID number

ARTICLE 4 - PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

- Meeting legal obligations

4.2. Legal Basis:
- KVKK Article 5/2-c: Obligation to fulfill contract
- KVKK Article 5/2-f: Legitimate interest
- KVKK Article 5/1: Explicit consent (for marketing)
ARTICLE 5 - USER RIGHTS
5.1. Users have the right to:
- Learn whether their data is being processed
- Request information about processed data
- Know the purpose of processing and whether data is used appropriately
- Know third parties to whom data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of data under KVKK conditions
- Object to adverse outcomes from analysis of processed data
- Seek compensation for damages due to unlawful processing

ARTICLE 6 - DATA RETENTION PERIOD
6.1. Personal data is retained in accordance with relevant legislation and the Company's data retention policy.
6.2. Data necessary for contract fulfillment is retained for 10 years in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code.
6.3. Other data is deleted or anonymized once the processing purpose ceases.
ARTICLE 7 - SECURITY MEASURES
7.1. Technical and administrative measures have been taken to protect personal data:
- SSL encryption
- Firewalls and security systems
- Access controls and authorization systems
- Regular security audits
- Employee confidentiality agreements
ARTICLE 8 - DATA TRANSFERS
8.1. Data may be transferred to the following parties:
