In May 2024 we delivered the regional customer meeting of Illumina at The Marmara Taksim. 150 delegates were seated at banquet rounds, with the programme run in a single room using a wide-format LED screen and a branded stage set.
For life sciences meetings, room selection is not only about capacity. The content is technical, so screen legibility and sightlines from round tables decide the room. The Marmara Taksim's ballroom was chosen because it takes a full-width stage build at a 150-person banquet layout.
