We delivered the Malaysian Palm Oil Council's Türkiye forum on 8 October 2025 at Shangri-La Bosphorus. With 300 delegates, the programme combined conference sessions with a one-to-one business matching (BizMatch) segment, so the venue had to provide both a plenary room and separate meeting space.
Shangri-La Bosphorus offers 12 meeting spaces totalling 2,323 sqm, which allowed the plenary and the parallel meeting areas to be set on the same floor. Delegate management and the registration desk were positioned at the plenary entrance.
